Sandeep Walia, a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering technology in Mumbai, has started his career in mid 90’s with Oberoi Hotels, the top luxury hotel group in India, and has grown through the ranks in almost 10 years with the company, from the line-level positions in F&B to the F&B Director role. Since 2005 Sandeep is working for the Ritz Carlton, and has been just named the General Manager of the Ritz Carlton Moscow, which he helped to open in 2007 as Hotel Manager. Overall, Sandeep’s career background counts 6 hotel openings, all in very different international locations, from India, to Japan, to Qatar, to Ireland, to Russia. Sandeep is married and has a small child, both him and his family  enjoy living in Moscow for the past 3 years.

Daniel has been working as a professional in hospitality for more than 35 years in Dublin, Belfast, London, Sydney and Moscow.  The last fifteen of these have been spent developing and expanding the hospitality sector in the Russian capital.

During his time here he has managed and helped to open many top-end outlets in the city.
 
Throughout his career he has always concentrated on training and developing staff to the highest international standards. Now that he is working with Hotel Staff he is able to combine the training with recruitment and job placement in the UK and worldwide.
